I can’t tell you how many times people have asked me to share with them how I maintain my fitness levels, and I have to tell you, exercise is only a third of the equation. You also have to eat nutritious foods, stay properly hydrated and get plenty of rest. Today, I focus on the eating part by sharing one of my favorite recipes: fresh carrot-broccoli-ginger soup.
